Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Job Profit Workbook includes a 7-day free trial with full workbook access and no credit card. You can evaluate the product on a Windows PC before you pay.

General policy

The license is $199, paid once. There is no subscription.

Purchases are generally final once completed.

Limited exceptions

We may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution in limited situations, such as:

• a duplicate charge
• an accidental duplicate purchase
• a verified technical problem that prevents the purchased license or software from working, and that we cannot reasonably resolve

A technical issue does not automatically mean a refund. We will look at the circumstances.

Refunds and the license

If Zimbul Apps issues a full refund for a Job Profit Workbook purchase, the license associated with that purchase ends. Continued use after a full refund is no longer authorized under the license.

The installed software does not currently turn itself off automatically after a refund.
